Unmounted – 8” diameter
The radial arrangement of the flaps on the 8-inch unmounted wheel allows it to fit perfectly to the contours of the workpieces.

The unmounted flap wheel is composed of aluminum oxide flaps arranged radially. Its 8-inch diameter allows it to work on larger pieces. The fan-shaped arrangement is ideal for working on profiled parts as the wheel perfectly adapts to the contours. The flap arrangement also allows the abrasive to self-regenerate by exposing an unused section of grit as the abrasive wears on the flaps. This feature ensures a uniform and consistent finish.
